It’s not only food that needs consideration, but also beverages, particularly welcome drinks, in this case you can be creative with winter Pimms, mulled wine or hot apple cider.
Canapés are always welcomed by hungry guests and again, creativity can make them extra special. Shots of spicy soup, mini–Yorkshire Puddings filled with roast beef and horseradish (don’t forget vegetarian options!) or breaded wild mushrooms with a garlic dip!
Your Christmas wedding breakfast will usually include some of the most popular festive ingredients, parsnip soup, roast turkey (and all the trimmings) and sticky toffee pudding will always be well received but again, don’t forget about your vegetarian (and vegan) guests!
And then you have your evening guests to consider, however, this can be a simple choice, consider fish and chip cones or warm turkey and cranberry rolls with profiteroles and chocolate gateau for dessert.
